Jessie McGinty is a second year graduate student in the Nutrition Department at the Gillings School of Global Public Health pursuing a Masters of Public Health and completing the dietetic internship requirements to become a Registered Dietitian (RD). With an undergraduate degree in Health Science and an MS in Biochemical and Molecular Nutrition, she’s interested in using health communication strategies to translate the complex findings of the research world to the general public for the most accurate nutrition and health recommendations.
